President of the CNRS Very Large Research Infrastructures (TGIR) committee and president of the GIS Renatech

Physicist Gabriel Chardin chairs the committee overseeing the very large research infrastructures (TGIR) of the CNRS. He received the 2007 CNRS Silver Medal for his research on dark matter. 

Michel de Labachelerie is president of the Scientific Interest Group (GIS) Renatech,1 co-directed by the Institute for Engineering and Systems Sciences of the CNRS and the supervising universities of the six joint research units involved.2
