General Data Protection Regulation (GDRP)

In its capacity as controller, the CNRS informs you that your data will be processed. When
certain information is required to access specific features of the site, this requirement is
indicated at the time of data entry collection. If you refuse to provide the required information,
you may be unable to access certain services.
 

Recorded data

Personal data may be collected by the CNRS Communications Department, 3 rue Michel-
Ange, 75016 PARIS and by the DPO (Data Protection Officer), 17 rue Notre Dame des
Pauvres, 54 519 VANDOEUVRE LÈS NANCY Cedex.

Data retention period

 
Data will be conserved for a duration of: 
 
After 3 years of inactivity, personal data will be deleted, in accordance with the right to be
forgotten.
 

Data transfer outside the European Union

 
No data transfers outside the European Union will be made.

Personal rights

In compliance with the applicable legal and regulatory provisions, in particular Law No. 78-17
of January 6 amended relating to data processing, files, and freedoms, along with European
Regulation No. 2016/679/EU of April 27, 2016 (applicable since May 25, 2018), you have the

To update or delete your data by logging on to your account and configuring its settings;
To exercise your right of access to determine the personal data concerning you;
To request the updating of your data, if it is inaccurate;
To request the portability or deletion of your data;
To request the deletion of your account;
To request that the processing of your data be limited;
To oppose, for legitimate reasons, the processing of your data;
To withdraw your consent to the processing of your data.

Right to file a complaint

If you believe, after contacting us, that your rights relating to Information Technology or
