Éric Plagnol is a member of the Lisa/Lisa Pathfinder mission at the APC laboratory.1 Researcher emeritus at the CNRS, he began his carreer in nuclear physics and, after 20 years of research in this field, started focusing on gravitational waves by joining the APC. Until 2015, he oversaw the Lisa Pathfinder mission for France.
